Solaura CoolDown Mat — Active Water-Cooling Mat for Dogs
Cool. Calm. Recovered.
The cooling mat that actually keeps cooling.
Most cooling mats stop working the moment your dog lies down. They absorb body heat, warm up, and go flat — leaving your dog on a lukewarm pad wondering what happened. The Solaura CoolDown Mat continuously circulates cool water through the surface, actively pulling heat away from your dog's body for hours at a time. No gel that fades. No ice to replace. Just real, sustained cooling.
The only pet mat that keeps cooling all day.
Whether your dog is a flat-faced Frenchie who overheats easily, a senior pup whose cardiovascular system struggles in summer, or a large breed who just radiates warmth — the CoolDown Mat gives them a place to rest that stays cool, hour after hour.
Fill the 2.2L reservoir with tap water, place the compact unit beside the mat, and press start. The built-in fan and evaporative cooling system continuously chill the water and circulate it through the mat's internal channels. Your dog feels the difference immediately.
At only 5 watts — equivalent to a phone charger — it runs for over 200 hours per kilowatt. Or run it from a power bank for outdoor use, travel, or kennel setups.
Cooled water circulates constantly through the mat's internal channels via a compact pump. Unlike passive gel mats that absorb your dog's body heat and plateau within 20–45 minutes, the CoolDown Mat continuously replaces warm water at the surface with cool water from the reservoir — maintaining effective cooling for as long as it runs.
The cooling unit uses a fan-driven wet curtain system to continuously lower the water temperature before circulating it to the mat. This is the same evaporative cooling principle used in industrial cooling — scaled down to 5 watts. Lonmon's patented curtain design increases instantaneous water absorption by 20% for maximum cooling efficiency.

Pairs perfectly with your therapy vest.
Red light therapy gently increases circulation and cellular activity. Giving your dog a cool, comfortable surface to rest on afterward supports that recovery process and keeps them comfortable through the whole session.
Many of our customers use their therapy vest and CoolDown Mat together as part of a daily routine — 20 minutes of red light therapy, followed by a cool rest on the mat. It's the routine Maya deserved. It's what we build everything for.
Try it for 30 days. If your dog doesn't love it — or for any reason at all — contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
We stand behind every product in the Solaura Pet line because we use them ourselves. Every day. On a senior Puggle named Maya.

"I was skeptical. Truly. But after watching Biscuit struggle on the stairs for six months and spending $400 a month on vet laser sessions that only helped while we kept going, I was willing to try anything. Three weeks in I actually cried. He climbed onto the couch by himself for the first time in almost a year. We haven't missed a daily session since."

"I already use red light therapy on myself so when I saw this existed for dogs I ordered it the same day. Our 9-year-old Lab has hip dysplasia and I'd been wanting something more consistent than clinic visits. Six weeks in he's moving better than he has in two years. My husband was skeptical. He's the one who puts it on him every night now."

"Duke had TPLO surgery on his rear leg and recovery was going slower than his vet projected. A friend in a dog rehab group recommended red light therapy. We started the wrap at week three post-op. By week six his vet said she was genuinely surprised — he was ahead of every milestone she'd set. She asked me what we were doing differently."
