Solaura Pro Vest Size Guide
Find the right fit for your dog.
The Solaura therapy vest comes in two sizes — Standard and Large — designed for medium to large dogs. The vest is not recommended for dogs under 30 lbs, as the panel may not achieve a secure, flat fit on smaller frames. If your dog is under 30 lbs, please measure before ordering.

| Dog weight | Back length (approx.) | Recommended size | Example breeds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Under 30 lbs | Under 35cm | Not recommended | Panel may not achieve secure flat fit on smaller frames |
| 30–50 lbs | 35–48cm | Standard | Corgi, Cocker Spaniel, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Basenji |
| 50–70 lbs | 48–54cm | Standard → Large | Border Collie, Australian Shepherd, Husky, Boxer (female) |
| 70–90 lbs | 54–60cm | Large | Labrador, Golden Retriever, Boxer, Weimaraner |
| 90–120 lbs | 58–68cm | Check measure | German Shepherd (large male), Rottweiler — measure back length first. Bernese Mountain Dog not recommended. |
Ideal for medium dogs where the panel sits flat from the shoulders to the mid-lumbar region. Not recommended for dogs under 30 lbs — the panel may droop or fail to maintain full LED contact with the coat.
Full back and lumbar coverage for medium-large to large breeds. The wider panel and longer strap span accommodate deep-chested and broad-shouldered dogs.

Solaura Pro Vest
Three wavelengths. Multiple therapy modes. Full torso coverage. The most advanced device in the Solaura Pet lineup — built for dogs with widespread inflammation, chronic joint conditions, or post-surgical recovery needs.
When your dog needs more than surface-level support.
The Solaura Pro Vest delivers all three therapeutic wavelengths simultaneously — covering the full back and chest in a single 20-minute session. For dogs with arthritis affecting multiple joints, recovering from major surgery, or dealing with deep tissue conditions that a single-wavelength device can't fully reach, this is the right tool.
Every tissue depth. Every session.
Different wavelengths penetrate to different tissue depths. The Pro Vest delivers all three simultaneously — covering surface tissue, deep muscle and joint, and bone from a single session.
Targets the dermal layer. Supports wound healing, coat health, and surface-level inflammation.
Penetrates deeper into soft tissue. Supports joint capsules, muscle recovery, nerve function, and chronic inflammation.
The deepest-penetrating wavelength. Reaches periosteal tissue and bone — where arthritis and hip dysplasia originate.
Multiple modes. Match the therapy to the need.
Different conditions respond to different frequencies. The Pro Vest's multi-mode system lets you customise each session.
One size fits most medium to large dogs.
The Pro Vest Back & Chest is designed as a universal fit for medium to large dogs approximately 30–80lbs. It is not available in multiple sizes.
If your dog is under 30lbs or on the smaller end of medium, we recommend the Solaura Back Therapy Vest (available in S, M, and L) for a better-fitted experience.

"I was skeptical. Truly. But after watching Biscuit struggle on the stairs for six months and spending $400 a month on vet laser sessions that only helped while we kept going, I was willing to try anything. Three weeks in I actually cried. He climbed onto the couch by himself for the first time in almost a year. We haven't missed a daily session since."

"I already use red light therapy on myself so when I saw this existed for dogs I ordered it the same day. Our 9-year-old Lab has hip dysplasia and I'd been wanting something more consistent than clinic visits. Six weeks in he's moving better than he has in two years. My husband was skeptical. He's the one who puts it on him every night now."

"Duke had TPLO surgery on his rear leg and recovery was going slower than his vet projected. A friend in a dog rehab group recommended red light therapy. We started the wrap at week three post-op. By week six his vet said she was genuinely surprised — he was ahead of every milestone she'd set. She asked me what we were doing differently."
